TERMS OF SALE

1. General Overview These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.beauxparis.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. BEAUX Paris reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable ("TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI").

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates.

  • BEAUX Paris is not responsible for delays caused by carrier logistics, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Hygiene Policy To maintain our boutique standards, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • LUMI & FLASH: Must be returned in original, unused condition with all protective films, baggies, and cables intact.

  • SNAIL+, NESSIE, & WAND: Due to hygiene and safety regulations for skincare and microneedling products, these items are Final Sale once the security seal is broken.

  • Condition: Items showing signs of use, makeup residue, or skin oils will not be accepted for return.

5. Damages & Arrival Issues Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify contact@beauxparis.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • Resolution: Confirmed transit damage is eligible for a one-to-one exchange of the same product only.

6. Return Logistics The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

7. Refunds Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to process and post the transaction.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice.
