Returns & Exchanges

At BEAUX Paris, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund.

 

Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

To protect our community, items must be returned in their original, boutique condition:

  • LUMI & FLASH: Must be returned with the original protective plastic "cling wrap" intact, unopenned, and completely sealed on the original box. All internal components (cables, manuals) must remain in their original packaging.

  • SNAIL+, NESSIE, & WAND: Due to the nature of organic skincare and microneedling hygiene, these items are Final Sale and cannot be returned once the security seal is broken.

  • Unopened Items: Any product that remains in its original, vacuum-sealed or taped packaging is eligible for return.

 

Damages & Arrival Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, we require a clear photo or video of the issue sent to contact@beauxparis.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: Confirmed shipping damage is eligible for a one-to-one exchange only. This ensures you receive the functional, luxury product you purchased.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your BEAUX Paris account (via Google or Facebook).

  2. Select the item in your Order History and follow the self-serve prompts.

  3. Alternatively, email us at contact@beauxparis.com.

 

Shipping & Address

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including the box and label. We recommend using a tracked service. Please address authorized returns to:
