SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Times All orders at BEAUX Paris are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days within France and the EU.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes BEAUX Paris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Note: As a VAT-exempt boutique, no VAT is charged at the point of sale.

5. Damages upon Arrival Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your LUMI, FLASH, WAND, or SNAIL+ arrived damaged, please contact us at contact@beauxparis.com within 48 hours with photo evidence.

• As per our Terms of Sale, confirmed shipping damage is eligible for a one-to-one exchange of the same product.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer BEAUX Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
